Common faults with used Audi A4s

• Audi A4 ABS pump model 1995 - 2001. ABS Pump/Modulator commonly failing, brings the ABS light on and no communication via diagnostics
• Audi A4 A6 Multitronic transmission gearbox ECU ("PRNDS" light fault)
• A common fault with the Audi A4's Multitronic Auto transmission, causes "PRNDS" light flashing on dash and gear box fail-safe mode activation.
• Engine fails to start or when it does its only stays on for a short period, this is probably due to the keycode VAG immobilizer circuit connection on the ignition barrell. Always get a professional mechanic to diagnose and fix.
